Refund & Cancellation policy

At Aspekt Agency, we strive to provide high-quality marketing services tailored to each client's needs. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their service request within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to [email protected]
Once work has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refund Policy

Before Work Begins: If a client cancels within 24 hours and no work has started, a full refund will be processed.
After Work Begins: Once we start working on the project, no refunds will be issued.
Ad Spend Responsibility: Any advertising budget paid directly to ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) is the client’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
Service Completion: Once a service is completed and delivered, refunds will not be granted.
