At Aspekt Agency, we provide digital marketing services, which do not require physical shipping. However, we follow a structured process for service delivery:
1. Service Delivery Timeline
Once the payment is confirmed, we initiate the project within 7 business days.
The estimated completion time for each service depends on the scope of work, which is communicated to the client via email.
2. Mode of Delivery
All deliverables, including ad creatives, scripts, videos, reports, and strategy documents, will be sent via email, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), or any agreed-upon communication platform.
Live consultations or strategy meetings, if included in the service, will be conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or any preferred platform.
3. Urgent or Expedited Delivery
If a client requires faster service delivery, an expedited service fee may apply, depending on availability.
4. Non-Delivery of Service
In case of unforeseen delays, we will notify the client promptly and provide a revised delivery schedule.
If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the communicated timeframe, the client may request a resolution as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
